Building Agentic AI and RAG Workflows: A Consultancy Engagement with CREO AI
Project Overview
In collaboration with the Department of AI & ML, I recently concluded a specialized consultancy engagement with CREO AI Pvt. Ltd. The primary objective was to architect and deploy a custom voice-based chatbot designed to meet specific internal organizational requirements.The solution leveraged Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Agentic AI frameworks, transforming a standard conversational interface into a sophisticated system capable of executing complex, multi-step tasks with high precision.
Technical Implementation & Core Contributions
Throughout this engagement, our team maintained full development ownership of the product. My work focused on bridging the gap between theoretical AI models and production-ready systems, ensuring that every component was optimized for performance and reliability.Key areas of contribution included:
* Workflow Design: Architecting end-to-end chatbot workflows to manage state, context, and voice-to-text transitions seamlessly.
* RAG Pipeline Engineering: Integrating robust RAG pipelines with internal API endpoints to facilitate accurate, data-backed responses.
* Agentic Automation: Building core components of the agentic system, enabling the chatbot to autonomously interface with provided tools and documentation.
* Integration & Testing: Ensuring seamless integration with existing internal infrastructure and conducting rigorous performance optimization.
Industrial Impact and Key Takeaways
This collaboration provided significant exposure to the practicalities of applied RAG engineering and the nuances of building Agentic AI systems.
